Rules and regulations relating to all competitions. The rules and/or regulations established in this book are intended to ensure the proper conduct of racing and to establish an acceptable minimum of recommendations for such events. These rules apply to all FMSQ events, and by participating in these events, members are obligated to comply with these rules. No guarantee of security is given or implied in the publication of these rules and/or regulations. They form a guide for the conduct of the sport and are in no way a guarantee against injury or death to participants, spectators or other persons present on the premises.

The terms used in this rule book in the singular and masculine will include the plural and the feminine, as appropriate. In the event of a disparity between the section of the regulations displayed on the website, the abbreviated versions published by the FMSQ online or on an event site or in the English version, the document in PDF format and in French will take priority.

• Any request for exemption from any FMSQ regulation must be submitted using the form for this purpose.

• Any complaint of unsportsmanlike conduct must be submitted using the appropriate form.

• Any protest regarding race results or a racing situation must be submitted using the form for this purpose.
