The board of directors is made up of 7 volunteer members. Directors are elected for 2-year terms at the annual general meetings of members according to the criterias defined in the GENERAL REGULATIONS of the FMSQ. They administer the affairs of the FMSQ and, in its name, exercise the powers conferred upon it by the Law. The board of directors is supported by a team of employees to carry out the FMSQ events.​

Each director must adhere to the CODE OF CONDUCT, ETHICS AND DEONTOLOGY GOVERNING THE ADMINISTRATORS OF THE FMSQ.

Directors must also declare any interests likely to conflict with the duties of their office as director and in the event of a conflict of interest situation, a director must refrain from taking part in any deliberation or decision (CANDIDATE’S DECLARATION OF INTERESTS FORM).
