

Heading to Edmundston! The FMSQ National Championship Conquers Mont Farlagne
The FMSQ National Championship is back in New Brunswick, but this time, we're heading to a brand-new venue: Mont Farlagne (Républik Nature), located just a few minutes from Edmundston! Get ready to discover this outdoor gem of the Madawaska region and experience an electrifying weekend: a whole new vibe and a true mountain challenge!
This inaugural edition at Mont Farlagne is powered by the FMSQ, in close collaboration with the Républik Nature team and the Edmundston region. Established in 1969 and operated today as a 4-season community outdoor cooperative, Mont Farlagne promises to deliver a spectacular and memorable event for FMSQ riders coming from all four corners of Quebec, Ontario, and of course, the Maritimes!
Nearly 700 athletes and riders are expected to conquer the mountain!

Located just 2 minutes from downtown Edmundston, you'll find a mountain bike trail network in real mountains (Total elevation gain: 1,589 m). Featuring 11 km of enduro trails, in addition to nearly 60 kilometers of singletrack trails (7 beginner, 9 intermediate, and 4 expert) built to IMBA standards by the passionate volunteers of Vélo Edmundston, thanks to generous forest landowners.

Offering a variety of climbing walls standing 10.6 m (35 ft) high, as well as a 4.6 m (15 ft) bouldering wall, routes rated from 5.5 to 5.12d (regularly updated) provide challenge levels for climbers of all abilities. A lower wall is also accessible for younger kids.
